TERMS OF SERVICE
- Lesson payments are done on a monthly tuition system. Payments are due on a set week of the month based on when lessons were first started. Tuition amount will not change for a four or five week month.
- Tuition payment is always the same, regardless of cancellations. Because tuition is the same amount regardless of a four or five week month, four 'free' lessons are built into tuition per year. Therefore, one lesson per quarter, or four lessons per year, can be canceled without any sort of financial loss for the student.
- Lesson cancellations must be given with more than 24 hours notice to be possible for a reschedule. Lessons must be rescheduled in a two-week time frame, before or after the date of the canceled lesson. No guarantee is made to have availability for makeup lessons. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice will receive a video lesson of that week's material.
- Students leaving lessons for an extended period (more than two weeks) have several options:
a. Stay on the schedule and pay full tuition, and receive video lessons for their time away.
b. Pay half tuition, not receive video lessons, and retain their place on the schedule.
c. Terminate lessons and lose their spot on the schedule. - Introductory lessons will be a one-time paid occurrence before the decision is made to begin monthly tuition.
- When lessons are terminated, the student will receive lessons until the end of the paid month. No refunds will be issued.
